The Teaching and Learning Center is dedicated to helping faculty discover resources to promote effective student learning as well as promote their own learning in the form of scholarship and creative activities. The center was formed in August 2018 as part of a campus-wide reorganization. In particular, the center brought together the Scholarship of Teaching and Learning Program with Faculty Development. The Center works in close collaboration with Professional Development and Instructional Design and Training as well as many other campus offices promoting student learning opportunities, such as Undergraduate Research, Civic and Community Engagement.
